A small but beautiful first floor
apartment overlooking the main piazza in Corigliano D’Otranto, one of the
prettiest towns in Salento.

The apartment is accessed from a private staircase from the first floor that leads into a central porch. This divides the two large vaulted rooms, both have arched balconies providing a fantastic view of the piazza. Between these arches is a covered staircase up to the large roof terrace. From here you can see the old town and the castle.

The property seems to be in good structural condition but needs complete restoration.

Corigliano D'Otranto forms part of  ‘Greek’ Salento, where the local dialect is based on ancient Greek. The town boasts some of the most beautiful architecture in Salento and a variety of good bars and restaurants.
