We Love Salento can accept no responsibility for errors or inaccuracies in details, which are stated for guidance in selecting properties for viewing.

2. Property prices are given as our understanding of the asking price from the vendor. This should be checked when viewing property. We will be able to advise the client whether the price is negotiable. You should be aware that in Italy the asking price could be increased as well as reduced, particularly when a property has been on the market for some time. The final sale price is fixed on payment of initial deposit.

3. When particular properties are selected for viewing, we try to ensure that the requested properties are available for the arranged appointments. However, properties might be sold or may be removed from the sale market between our making an appointment and the viewing date. New properties may come on the market which meet your needs, and we will liaise locally to try and make sure you see the most appropriate properties on the day.

4. No charge is made for services unless and until a purchase is made.

5. Agency fees are based on the final sale price. This is normally equal to 3% (minimum E4,000).

6. By attending appointments made by We Love Salento the client is deemed to agree to and accept the above conditions.

Restoring

1. We do not take any commission from third parties employed.

2. We Love Salento can accept no responsibility for work
commissioned by you or for any delay in schedule to works-
any guarantee of work must come from whoever carries out
the work.

3. We Love Salento can accept no responsibility for damage or theft to property by a third party.
