We look for old properties in the 'centro storico' of the many beautiful towns and villages in Salento.
Prices are dictated by condition and location. Some towns traditionally have a higher local value, such as Lecce and Maglie, as they have always been home to the Salento rich. Other towns, like Ostuni, Galatina and Corigliano D’Otranto have seen prices rise in the last few years due to tourism and foreign investment.

We are always on the lookout for new towns that are relatively undiscovered with lower prices but have loads of potential. Right now we are finding good cheaper stuff in Matino, Galatone and Cutrofiano.
