is the quality of local, seasonal ingredients including artichokes, tomatoes,
figs, pulses, citrus fruits, seafood, wine and, of course, olive oil (Puglia
produces about 12.5% of the worldwide olive oil output)
For a really authentic and delicious gastronomic experience, we recommend L’Antica Dispensa in Cutrofiano, where Cristina will feed you like royalty. A word of warning: go easy on the pasta or you’ll never make the main courses. |
