| Click here to see plan Construction of this imposing palazzo began in the 15th century with additions made throughout the years. Puglia's leading 19th century architect placed his stamp on the place, lending it an air of elegance which blends the best of baroque with Art Deco design. An imposing marble clad hallway encases a sweeping stairwell which connects the three floors of the property. The first floor comprises of the main part of the house. A huge vaulted living room leads on to the kitchen/diner which features a Ôcucina economicaÕ (19th century tiled ovens and fireplace) and exits to an enclosed terrace. The large master bedroom, with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom, has a private terrace. The other large bedroom on this floor has a private balcony. On the top floor there is another double bedroom with private sunbathing deck and ensuite bathroom. The large summer lounge, again with private terrace, also leads to the huge roof terrace that crowns the house and features an outdoor kitchen and ample space to entertain. There is a guest bathroom that serves the terrace. This house is made to measure and thus all structural works have been carried out. However, all personal touches, such as kitchen and bathroom fittings, colour of the walls and vaults are left to be done in conjunction with the client. The price of the house represents the finished product with double glazing, central heating throughout and all utilities fitted to the highest standard. |
